The NEST Cafe business model is based on roughly 30% customers donating the suggested amount, 30% donating more and 30% donating less. About 1/3 of the funds needed to operate come from what customers pay for their meals, about 1/3 comes from grants we apply for, and about 1/3 comes from businesses and people like YOU!
